 Delivery Issues (lost or undelivered packages):

In the rare event your order has not arrived, we will always do our best to ensure you have a speedy solution.

  • Verified issues within 45 days from purchase can be reshipped or have a full refund

  • Verified issues after 45 days from purchase can be reshipped or be given a store credit refund.

Note: If a delivery fails due to a wrong/incomplete address please contact us for a solution.

Issues with Personalized Items:

We will ship the exact item you choose along with the message and name provided (where applicable)

We suggest you double check the spelling and all the details and we will even remind you at check out.

If any of this is incorrect due to customer error please contact us for a solution 

Item Arrived damaged?:
In the rare and unfortunate event this happens, we will ask that you provide proof (Images or Videos) Once verified we will be happy to reship the item for free.

Refusal or Customs issues:
If a delivery fails because it was refused by the customer for any reason or you failed to respond to your local Customs office, we will not offer a solution.

Note: You hold sole legal responsibility for responding to questions about imported goods delivered to yourself. Import duties, sales tax, and any other customs charges and fees, are your sole responsibility If a delivery fails because you do not respond in time to Customs communications, or you refuse to pay the applicable charges, we will not offer any compensation.
